Gestione del magazzino
Our Equinox' software programmers developed our own software. We have our own door-to-door Warehouse management system, our own Warehouse Execution System and our own Warehouse Control System. In the development of software for our customers we work according to ISO 9001. This means all our software projects are clearly structured and well documented. In projects we always have several phases. We start by making a requirements document, followed by a GSD (general system description) and a DSD (detailed system description). Only when these are approved by the customer we start programming.
In our software solutions we are always looking for a good mix between standard software and tailor made software. This guarantees a high reliability, reasonable costs and enough flexibility to adjust the software to your processes, instead of the processes to the software.

  Our WMS (Warehouse Management System), WES (Warehouse Execution System) and WCS (Warehouse Control System) all belong to the VISION family. This means they all have the same structure and user lay-out. This makes it very easy to start with implementation of our Vision WCS for orderpicking and eventually grow to our complete WMS.

L’IMPIANTO ESECUTIVO DI MAGAZZINO VISION WES è una soluzione middleware ideale per i clienti che hanno sistemi di software già esistenti che devono essere ottimizzati, evitando tuttavia i costi elevati ed i rischi connessi con le modifiche effettuate su sistemi già esistenti.
Per esempio, l’inserimento della raccolta automatica dei dati (ADC) relativa all’intero funzionamento, dal ricevimento alla spedizione, apporta nuova produttività ed efficienza ai sistemi collegati meno recenti.
